The main trait of MEVA is represented by the constant attention to MAXIMUM QUALITY of the product and the process. It is a commitment that has rewarded the company with the ISO 9002:1994 certification obtained since 1998. Over the years the company has accepted and adopted the new versions of the standard, ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 9001: 2008 and up to ISO 9001: 2015 certificate now in force.
MEVA has adopted an Integrated Management System for Quality and Protection of Health and Safety at Work in compliance with the regulations UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2018.
In addition to the training and constant updates for the staff, MEVA has developed very accurate supervision procedures and makes use of in-process management instrumentation installed on their machines.
The need to document the characteristics of the product in addition to exercise control over the process was achieved with the acquisition of 3D computerized equipment, working with cameras, of high precision and reliability. This innovative choice allows MEVA the release of management protocols "per piece" in order to statistically analyze to satisfy market niches of particularly critical components.
