It is a sophisticated measurement system for the 3D management of parts produced, as particularly indicated for the rapid measuring, without contact, of turned and ground parts, such as drive shafts, inspected in the 3 dimensions to the corresponding produced parts of the designers' specifications. The range of possible measurements includes: diameter, lengths, angles, radii and the dynamic measurement is also possible (in rotation) of roundness, concentricity, cylindricity, radial run-out, etc.
It can manage pieces with a diameter between 0.2 and 140 mm and lengths up to 830 mm. For the measurements it uses optoelectronic technology, and thanks to the three high resolution cameras it can accurately measure even elements of much smaller geometric dimensions.
