The CTX 500 lathe is a system composed of milling with a fast revolver spindle, a counter spindle and Y axis made with high-tech components that enable increased performance by up to 25%, even with the heavy processing bar, machining on the plank and the shaft. It performs parts of the processing up to 410mm in diameter, large groupings for high stability and a longer durability, and it has a system with the large display glass for optimum visibility and safety in the workplace and during the process of shaving. Offering 12 turret positions with motorized tools for the high-performance integrated circuit, the machinery reduces downtime with a VDI (VDI 40) connection for the highest forces at work. Tailstock and power tools, standard C-axes and counter spindles. The control system ERGOline ® DMG uses a 19" screen and a configurable DMG MEVA SOFTkeys ® srl.
